Simplifying the Way You Do Business with Your Town
TRAKiT is a state-of-the-art online tool that provides tremendous benefit for users. Residents can gain online access to numerous resources, including code inspections, projects, permits and licenses. Contractors and homeowners are able to apply and pay for permits, submit plans, view and respond to plan review comments, schedule and see inspection results all electronically. Individuals are even be able to report issues to Town staff and monitor results. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Among the departments that utilize TRAKiT are Customer Service, Neighborhood Services, Community Development, Town Clerk and Engineering.

Log Into eTRAKiT
The public portal for the TRAKiT system is eTRAKiT. If you are a contractor, you must first contact the Town of Parker at 303.841.0353 for assistance with the creation of your username and password. If you are a public user, please proceed to the eTRAKiT portal.
