Project Description

Planned Development Amendment (Z16-035) – Minor Planned Development (PD) Amendment to adjust internal planning area boundaries as a result of a proposed re-alignment of North Pinery Parkway through the site.  The proposed PD Amendment does not change the zoning or the approved residential densities.

Sketch and Preliminary Plan (SUB16-050 & SUB16-051) – Sketch and Preliminary Plan to create 824 single-family residential lots and 51 tracts on approximately 400 acres within the Hess Ranch Development.  The proposed tracts would accommodate a 17-acre regional park, internal pocket parks, open space, a future fire station lot, a future school lot and future mixed-use/residential lots.
