Special Event Permit Application

Special Events held by certain nonprofit groups require a permit from the Town of Parker. This application is in addition to the Town of Parker Community Event Permit which may be required for certain events held on Town Property. Please visit our Community Event Permit page for more details. Applicants should allow at least 45 days to complete the process. Special Events Permits applications are required to be scheduled for approval before the Town of Parker Special Licensing Authority.

Required Forms

  • DR 8439, Application for Special Events Permit form (State Liquor Forms)
  • Town of Parker Special Event Permit Questionnaire/Affidavit
  • 8 1/2" x 11” diagram of the area to be licensed
  • Appropriate documentation for authorization to use premises
  • Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State
  • IRS letter for tax exempt status
  • If a political candidate, copies of reports and statements filed with the Colorado Secretary of State

  • There is flat $100.00 fee due to the Town of Parker for a Special Events Permit.
  • The Special Licensing Authority meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
