Assistant Town Manager - Administration

Emily Hogan joined the Town of Parker as Assistant Town Manager - Administration in 2023. 

As Assistant Town Manager – Administration, Hogan will work in partnership with the Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager – Operations to provide key leadership, strategic direction and oversight of organizational operations. She will oversee the communications functions of the Town Manager’s Office, including all aspects of internal and external outreach and engagement programs and events, as well as the organization’s Human Resources Department.

Hogan has over 15 years of experience in the public sector in Colorado. Her expertise in municipal government includes such areas as communications and engagement, sustainability, disaster recovery, strategic planning and special projects. She most recently served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Louisville, which included managing the community’s response and recovery efforts for the devastating Marshall Fire. Prior to her time with Louisville, she worked for the City of Cherry Hills Village.

A Colorado native who grew up in Centennial, Hogan earned a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado. She resides in Broomfield with her husband, two children and dog and enjoys being outdoors in beautiful Colorado.
