Overview

The Parker 2035 Master Plan was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on May 24, 2012 and approved by the Town Council on June 4, 2012. The Parker 2035 Master Plan reflects the Parker area residents' and business owners' values and dreams for the future of Parker, as well as sound planning principles.

  • Complete Streets – Reference the new Town’s new Complete Streets Policy;
  • Parks Recreation and Open Space Master Plan 2018-2022 - Text amendments to reference the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan 2018-2022 as an important town wide component of the Parker 2035 Master Plan; and
  • Important Intersections - Clarification language that better defines desired commercial areas as a part of important intersections which are referred to as Neighborhood and Community Centers in the Plan.
