Keep up with Parker news and happenings with our list of five things to know for December.
Hometown Holiday Experience brings seasonal magic to Downtown Parker:
Downtown Parker will be the center of holiday celebration weekends Dec. 4 through 19 with the Hometown Holiday Experience Presented by Xfinity. Festivities include holiday characters like Buddy the Elf and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer strolling along Mainstreet from noon to 4 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday, decoration displays and the Elf Around Town scavenger hunt.
And don’t forget, the Parker Ice Trail at Discovery Park is now open seven days a week.
For all activity details, visit the Hometown Holiday Experience website.
Know where to find snow operations information:
Parker’s Engineering and Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining more than 500 lane miles of road in Parker through the snowy season and beyond.
See how this responsibility is managed and access links to the Town’s Snow and Ice Control Policy, Snow Priority System, a list of snow plowing FAQs and other winter-weather resources on the Snow Operations webpage.
Explore 2021 Community Survey results:
Results from the Town of Parker’s 2021 Community Survey were released earlier this fall.
Responses can be reviewed through the complete report, a results overview document, video summary, and a project page on Let’s Talk Parker. The Let’s Talk Parker page also allows visitors to explore hot topics raised from responses and provide additional feedback on community matters.
