Community Open House – REMINDER!
Do you drive, walk, bike or ride transit in Parker? The Town is developing its first Transportation Master Plan (TMP) with the assistance of transportation consultant Fehr & Peers and is seeking your input regarding accommodating and prioritizing these different modes of travel on different types of Parker streets at an upcoming community open house. Please join us TOMORROW - June 27, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 20120 E. Mainstreet. Snacks will be provided.
A TMP is an adopted plan and will serve as a foundation policy document that provides guidance for public officials and staff on future transportation decisions, development and capital projects. The TMP will support Town Council in achieving their goals and objectives for Parker to be a destination community where people come to live, work, shop and play by ensuring we have a comprehensive and integrated transportation system that continues to serve the multi-modal needs of our residents, businesses and visitors.
