Much like with any successful organization, one of the Town of Parker’ top priorities is to value and take care of its own workforce. The Town’s Human Resources Department manages a variety of services, including benefits, recruitment, recognition and much more. Randi Krebsbach, Human Resources Technician, is one of the first points of contact for Town employees when it comes to these important subjects.

How long have you worked for the Town of Parker? Where did you work before Parker?
“It’s hard to believe it, but I have been here for almost one year! Before working for the Town, I was a Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel in the Denver Tech Center.”
Tell us about your job and how it impacts the Parker community.
“Getting to work in the Human Resources department allows me to connect with so many Town employees, which I enjoy immensely! I love being available to employees if they have any concerns regarding benefits, recruitment, personnel or risk management, and helping them find solutions.”
What do you most enjoy about working for the Town of Parker?
“I love the people I get to work with and see each day. I also love the fact that the Town evokes a small, hometown feeling, and that we promote a healthy work/life balance.”
What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?
“I love to play video games (or used to before I had my son)!!!!! Mostly the “old school” stuff – any Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, but my husband has gotten me to play Zombies on Call of Duty, and I must say that I have gotten pretty good at that, lol!”
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?
“I love to go hiking and camping with my hubby and our black lab Jasper. By the end of this summer, we will have hiked six 14ers!!”
What’s one thing that you feel sets Parker apart from other communities?

What is the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?
“On vacation in Cozumel, Mexico, we got to tour the tip of the island on a private boat with a guide whose family was one of the original Mayan founders of the island. He showed us a sacred Mayan ruin where his ancestors used to go to pray…it was one of the most beautiful, peaceful and serene moments of my life.”
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
“COFFEE…..and the beef fajitas from a restaurant called Pappasitos in Texas. Absolutely the best fajitas in the WORLD. I am hoping that the Pappa’s brothers will open one in Denver since they already have a Pappadeaux’s here. :-) ”
