[ARCHIVED] Parker Town Administrator Selection Process in Final Stages

The Town of Parker is pleased to announce that we are in the final stages of the selection process for a new Town Administrator. The Town Administrator Search Committee (TASC) conducted a lengthy and in-depth recruitment process to fill this vital position. The recruitment resulted in 182 applicants for the position, 44 of which met the minimum qualifications and were currently serving as either a Town Administrator or Deputy Town Administrator. Following further review of the applications and qualifications, the TASC conducted a large number of phone interviews and narrowed the pool to four candidates that were approved by the Town Council on April 5.

The four final candidates for the position are:

Michael Epperson, Deputy City Manager, City of Dublin Ohio
Modesto Mundo, Assistant City Manager, City of Lake Jackson Texas
William (Bill) Ray, Deputy City Manager, City of Arvada Colorado

Randy Young, City Manager, City of Wheat Ridge Colorado
An extensive in-person interview process for the final candidates will take place on Wednesday, April 28 and Thursday, April 29. Candidates will be interviewed by Town Council and staff, as well as by professional and peer groups. The community is also invited to attend a facilitated public forum on Wednesday, April 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Parker Town Hall, 20120 E. Mainstreet. Although time will not be available for specific audience questions, attendees will be able to meet the candidates and hear about their backgrounds and experience.
