Ditch your car and grab your bike for Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 26! The Town of Parker invites you to join the Way to Go team, a program of Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), and 25,000 commuters to participate in this great event, which promotes awareness of the benefits of biking!
Fuel up at the Town of Parker Breakfast Station located at the Cherry Creek Trail under the E-470 overpass from 6 to 9 a.m. Rocky Vista University (RVU) is once again partnering with the Town and will be giving away T-shirts to the first 250 riders to stop by the breakfast station. Come early as these customized Town of Parker Bike to Work Day Shirts are very popular!
New this year, thanks to Ent Credit Union and Flippin' Flapjacks, we will be providing hot cakes fresh off the griddle. These are the best pancakes around, so plan a little extra time in your ride to enjoy a tasty breakfast!
In addition to a delicious breakfast, there will be grab 'n go nutrition bars and fresh bananas (compliments of Natural Grocers), water and coffee. Elevation Cycles bike technicians will also be on hand.
