Parking Information
Stars and Stripes Celebration parking is $10, cash only, with no in-and-out parking allowed. Limited handicap-accessible parking will also be available. Parking lots open at 4 p.m. In addition to the main parking lot, another parking area will be available north of Salisbury Park with a pedestrian access path to the event. Vehicles may park in either lot when arriving from the north or south via Motsenbocker Road, however, traffic will be required to exit the event to the north only if parked in the north lot or the south only if parked in the main lot.

Traffic Alert
Once the designated event parking lots are filled to capacity, usually by 7:30 or 8 p.m., Motsenbocker Road will be closed for the duration of the event. Traffic will then be diverted around the event to Jordan Road via Todd Drive on the north and Hess Road on the south. Residents living within the road closure areas will need to show proof of residence to gain access. Motsenbocker Road will re-open once parking lots have been cleared.

This year, the northern portion of Motsenbocker Road between Mainstreet and Todd Drive will be closed for road construction. You will not be able to access Salisbury Park from Motsenbocker Road and Mainstreet. Alternative routes to access Salisbury Park include from Jordan Road and Todd Drive or from the south via Hess Road.

Weather Advisory System

As a reminder, Colorado weather can change rapidly. Should severe weather arrive during the Stars and Stripes Celebration, the evacuation plan is to shelter in your vehicle. Event staff will monitor the weather and share updates as necessary through announcements on the event stage, on social media (@TownofParkerCO), via event staff and volunteers and a color-coded weather advisory system, detailed above, that will be displayed in the form of flags placed throughout the event area.

Attendees are also encouraged to sign up to receive emergency alerts on their phones through the CodeRED emergency notification system at www.ParkerOnline.org/CodeRED.
