[ARCHIVED] Douglas County CARES Funding Still Available!

P3 and the Town of Parker are reaching out to Parker businesses to ensure they are aware that there is still an opportunity to apply for CARES Act funding through Douglas County CARES. The last day to apply for funds is December 30, 2020. In addition to the information below, we have provided a link to the Douglas County CARES webpage. We’d like to encourage eligible businesses to take advantage of this important grant program.

Please don't count your business out! Douglas County is encouraging all restaurants and event spaces to apply, and they will work with you to get you the help that you need.

  1. Through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, Douglas County has allocated $15 million to fund a grant for restaurants and indoor event venues that have experienced revenue loss due to capacity reductions required by recent public health orders. As of Friday, Dec. 11, a significant portion of this funding is still available!
  2. The Board of Douglas County Commissioners recognizes the hardship to our community caused by compliance with the current public health order restrictions. Knowing there has not yet been any new financial assistance offered along with the recent health orders, the Commissioners believe this is the most effective way to offer some relief for those who will be most impacted.
