Due to continued growth in the area, traffic volume on Motsenbocker Road has reached a point that improvements are needed. The project includes the construction of a northbound-to-westbound double left lane and one additional southbound lane on Motsenbocker Road south of the Hess Road intersection. In addition, this project will eliminate a gap in the sidewalk on the west side of Motsenbocker Road south of Hess Road.
