Anthology North - Sketch Plan - Segment 1 and Preliminary Plan - Segment 1A
Town Council approved both a sketch plan for Anthology North Segment 1 and a preliminary plan for Anthology North Segment 1A. Segment 1 will include 1,532 residential lots, 109.33 acres of open space and 44.19 acres of park space. Segment 1A (a portion of Segment 1) will include 441 single family residential lots, 53 townhome residential lots, 47.92 acres of open space and 37.19 acres of park space. The future preliminary plan for Segments 1B and 1C will accommodate the remaining units and acreage outlined in the Segment 1 sketch plan.

North Parker Road Operational Improvements
Town Council approved two intergovernmental agreements (IGAs) related to planned operational improvements to north Parker Road between Lincoln Avenue and E-470. This project’s main goal is to increase the travel lanes on Parker Road and improve vehicular mobility, which currently experiences heavy congestion during rush hour traffic. The two approved IGAs included agreements with Douglas County and the State of Colorado regarding cost sharing.

Upper Jordan Road Tributary Drainage and Flood Control Improvements
Town Council approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Mile High Flood District (MHFD) for the design and construction of flood control improvements to the Upper Jordan Road Tributary, a reach of major drainageway requiring rehabilitation to support existing and future Town growth. The Town and MHFD intend to partner in the improvements’ funding and management of the design and construction. This reach of drainageway is located within the Bradbury Ranch development and has been identified as an area of concern for flood conveyance and long-term maintenance.

Newlin Gulch Drainage and Flood Control Improvements
The Town and the Mile High Flood District have proposed an intergovernmental agreement for the design and contruction of flood control improvements for Newlin Gulch at Recreation Drive, a reach of major drainageway requiring rehabilitation to support existing and future Town growth. This reach of drainageway is adjacent to both the Parker Recreation Center and Challenger Park and includes the existing stream crossing of Recreation Drive. The reach is prone to flooding the surrounding parks, drive aisles, and parking lots during minor storm events due to a bottleneck downstream of the roadway crossing.

North Parker Road Final Design Contract
Town Council approved a professional services agreement with Felsburg, Holt & Ullevig (FHU) for the final design of operational improvements to North Parker Road. This project will increase the number of travel lanes on Parker Road and improve vehicular mobility between Lincoln Avenue and E-470, an area that currently experiences heavy congestion during rush hour traffic. Proposed improvements include widening and/or connecting current acceleration/deceleration lanes on Parker Road in both the northbound and southbound directions between Lincoln Avenue and E-470. The project also proposes to repurpose existing dedicated turning lanes to shared thru-turning lanes, providing additional capacity for thru traffic during peak hours. Improvements to pedestrian facilities in the corridor are also proposed.

One contract over the amount of $100,000 was awarded by Town Council:
1. A professional services agreement with Axon in the amount of $185,136 for the purchase, delivery, use and support of products and services for the Police Department’s body worn, fleet and interview cameras.
