Autumn is well underway, and leaves are falling fast. Town street sweepers are being deployed to help keep our streets and storm drains clear and working properly. Our staff spends approximately 240 hours sweeping during the fall season collecting up to 200 cubic yards of debris and traveling 1,200 miles on average. A combination of three sweepers are used throughout the town multiple times to ensure that all storm drains do not become clogged with an excessive amount of leaves. We do ask that you do not pile, rake, sweep or blow anything into the street or gutter. This includes leaves, rock or other landscape materials. Doing so is a violation of the Town's Municipal Code.
Help us in keeping the streets in the Town of Parker clean and in proper working order.
