The Town of Parker is excited to announce our recently finalized 2023 lineup of community events and activities, which include several longtime favorites, as well as the return of Independence Day fireworks!
Highlighting this year’s schedule are big changes to our plans for both July 4th and the Parker Fall Fest celebration. During last year’s Independence Day celebration, we introduced a new, innovative drone light show in place of fireworks. An extensive survey of our residents following the event told us that, while people enjoyed the drones, they really did miss our fireworks display. Well, we want you to know that we heard you!
This year on Independence Day, the Town of Parker will hold a remote-only fireworks display that can be viewed throughout the community in place of our traditional, day-long event in Salisbury Park. As a result, the Parker Fall Fest celebration, held in September in the downtown area, will be expanded into a full-fledged signature event capped by a drone light show. These changes will allow us to bring more fun to even more of our residents.
Further details about these two major event changes will be released in the coming months. Make sure to follow the Town’s Facebook and Instagram channels (@TownOfParkerCO), and keep reading this monthly Talk of the Town newsletter, to keep up-to-date with the latest information.
