The Parker Municipal Court will be conducting an amnesty day on Sept. 11 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. This will provide an opportunity for citizens with unresolved cases in the Parker or Foxfield Municipal Courts to resolve the matter, or, if a warrant is active in a case, to reset the case for a different date without an arrest.
If you have an unresolved case in the Parker or Foxfield Courts you may come to the Parker Municipal Court and attempt to clear the case. Most traffic cases may be closed by payment of an outstanding fine. An outstanding fine for a misdemeanor offense can be paid and warrant fees waived. Original mandatory fines and costs will be imposed on traffic fines. All other costs will be waived. If a warrant is active, the case can be rescheduled and the warrant will be canceled. In order to have a case resolved on Sept. 11, all outstanding fines must be paid in full. If you are unsure of the status of your case, contact the Court at 303.805.3195.
The Parker Municipal Court handles Parker cases and Foxfield traffic cases only. The court cannot address any matters pending before any other court.
