If you have received a jury subpoena to serve during this trial, please check back at this page as the date approaches for updates on the trials’ status. The Town of Parker is taking measures to ensure the health and well-being of its employees and Court attendees. Court will be open only on specific days for those that are required to appear. Please notify the Court if your address or phone number is different than what is on your summons. In the event of a reschedule, the Court will need to contact you. You must appear at the date and time of your summons unless your case has been resolved in a different manner. You may check CitePayUSA.com to see if your case is available to pay online.
Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and fairness. The Court will remain in communication with the community. Court staff are available to take your phone calls for questions, or to reschedule your case. You may call the Court Clerk at 303.805.3195 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or you may e-mail the Court Clerk at email@example.com.
Some traffic cases may be handled by mail or online. If your summons does not show a fine amount and you do not receive a plea information in the mail, you must attend your scheduled Court date.
If you have a motion, filing, request you would like to ask the Court, proof of completion of a class or community service hours, you may fax it to the Court at (303) 805-3126, mail it to Parker Municipal Court, 20120 E. Mainstreet, Parker, Co 80138, or you can email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Electronic submissions are preferred.
Payments can be made online through citepayusa.com or through the mail. Online payments are preferred.

The Parker Municipal Court processes Town of Parker and Town of Foxfield misdemeanor and traffic offenses. The Court also processes court-ordered community service and classes.
The Parker Municipal Court hears both Parker and Foxfield summons. Parker misdemeanor and non-electronic traffic summons are yellow and Foxfield summons are pink. Both Parker and Foxfield penalty assessment summons may be paid online.
Attorneys appearing in the court may fax their entry to 303.805.3126 or you may email the Court your entry. If you received a blue or green summons, you will need to contact Douglas County Court at 720.437.6200.

The Parker Municipal Court now has a Community Supervision Program. The program is designed to provide supervision to juveniles and adult defendants in the Parker Municipal Court who may pose a risk to the community or, in the case of juveniles, who may be at higher risk to re-offend or fail to thrive, and thus become a greater burden to the community.
