Preferred Caterers List
The preferred caterers for 2012-2013 are Flying Horse Catering, Lifestyles Catering, Sweet Lorraine's Catering, The Wildlife Experience, Three Tomatoes Catering and Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering.
The preferred caterers for the PACE Center were chosen through a competitive bid process in which a Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted on the Town's bid site. Each caterer selected will adhere to the standards set by the PACE Center.

Flying Horse Catering
Flying Horse Catering, based in Douglas County,
has offered a full array of catering services to the Front Range of
Colorado since 1994. We believe in delivering the highest quality fresh foods in a
creative style that is suited to your individual needs. A variety of
menus consist of both drop-off catering and full service catering. FHC
has done events from 2 to 7,000 guests. Weddings, cookouts, social
catering, concessions and business catering are all part of the FHC
offerings. We wish to be your personal caterer!

Sweet Lorraine's Catering
Sweet Lorraine's caters all occasions, spectacular weddings, corporate functions, box lunches, picnics, BBQ's, reunions, event planning, banquets, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, Christmas parties and more. Located in Parker, we serve the entire Front Range. Sweet Lorraine's is celebrating 32 years of quality food and service since 1979.

The Wildlife Experience
It is more than a museum. The Wildlife Experience caters events ranging from corporate parties to weddings. Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering began as Tony’s Catering in 1988 at our original Dry Creek location. As volume increased, the division was moved to a new location in 2001. Our name, Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering, was adopted in 2004. We specialize in developing relationships with our clients, venues and vendor partners.
