Building Division
The Building Division is responsible for reviewing and approving requests for building permits in the Town of Parker.

Comprehensive Planning Division
The Comprehensive Planning Division develops and implements the Town’s Master Plan and other long-term plans and programs that reflect the community’s vision and that guide the future of Parker.

The Division also maintains demographic data on the Parker community.

Development Review Division
The Development Review Division is responsible for processing Land Use Applications such as requests for Annexation, Rezoning, Site Plans and Subdivision Plats. This Division also reviews sign permits, vendor and temporary use permits and requests for variances from the Land Development Ordinance.  Planning documents are available online and may be purchased from the Development Review Division for a fee.

Neighborhood Services Division 
The Neighborhood Services Division is responsible for enforcement of Parker's Land Use Codes and Ordinances. The division also works closely with Parker's Neighborhoods and Homeowners' Associations to help them understand and comply with Parker's codes and ordinances.
