Performance Soccer hosts Skills and Goalie clinics designed to introduce layers of all ages and skill levels to soccer. Experienced coaches will work with kids to hone existing or beginning skills. Skills Clinic topics will include ball mastery, first touch and turning, controlling the ball with different parts of the body, passing and receiving drills and defensive techniques.
The Goalie Clinic provides a true professional goalkeeper experience through repetition of exercises to maintain muscle memory. It will give players the appropriate attitude and commitment to succeed. Topics include all handling, diving, distribution, protection, footwork, communications and more. Both clinics use games and exercises collectively focusing on technique and fun. Players will be divided into appropriate age groups.

Offering both half and full-day camps for the more advanced player, TetraBrazil Academy provides players with authentic Brazilian coaching right in our own community. The curriculum has been designed by professional coaches to provide teams, coaches and players with the same expert level of training received by professional clubs in Brazil. If you register by May 3, 2013 you will receive a soccer jersey valued at $40. Online registration opens Jan. 2, 2013. A camp shirt and ball are included in registration.

Challenger Sports Corporation is a British Soccer company that provides summer camp programs for youth of all ages. This camp, instructed by nationally qualified coaches, emphasizes individual skill development, fundamental tactics, goal scoring and coached scrimmages for the recreational player. Register at www.challengersports.com and if you register by June 7, you will receive a free soccer jersey valued at $40. Registrations received after July 12 will be assessed an additional $10 registration fee. Online registration will begin Jan. 2, 2013. A camp T-shirt and ball are included in the fee.

Challenger Sports has partnered with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America to provide instruction on organizing and coaching a youth soccer practice, demonstrations of core techniques and a wide selection of useful drills, practices and games that coaches can put into immediate use. This complete soccer training program gives players the opportunity to develop and improve their footwork skills and allows them to incorporate what they learn during true Futsal matches. Each session will begin with technical Futsal training and end with full Futsal games. This package deal develops quick thinking and allows for creative solutions through better ball control and precise passing through increased touches on the ball. Kids in each session will be split based on age and skill so they learn and play with players of similar abilities.
