Achieve Peak Performance in your Sport
Develop the strength, balance, speed and cardiovascular endurance to achieve peak performance in your sport. Young athletes (and kids who just want to get into better shape) will work with certified personal trainers to improve their physical condition.
Participants are divided into sessions by age.
