Parker, Colorado offers abundant opportunities for retail development with easy access to I-25 and E-470, as well as to Denver International Airport (DIA). Parker is located in northern Douglas County and is uniquely situated between Colorado’s two largest cities -- just 20 miles south of downtown Denver and 54 miles north of Colorado Springs.
Parker is a highly educated and affluent community with plenty of opportunity to grow. Currently home to 46,000 residents, Parker is expected to grow to about 60,000. The Town encompasses 20.8 square miles with a trade area of approximately 126,000 people.
Parker’s Economic Development Office actively pursues retail opportunities as a means of promoting economic development within Parker and desires to be an ambassador for quality development/redevelopment throughout the Town.
