Existing commercial real estate is available in the Town of Parker for most any endeavor.

The Town of Parker's economy is continuing to show signs of improvement in the fourth quarter of 2012.  The vacancy rates continue to decline, the average direct vacancy dropped 11.43% at the end of 2011 to 8.83% at the end of 2012. 

New and existing businesses still have plenty of opportunity for development and growth. Parker has approximately 5,100 acres of land available for development and 481,000 square feet of vacant commercial real estate.
