Every person engaged in business in the Town of Parker that sells retail tangible personal property and services are subject to the tax imposed and must comply with the Towns licensing and tax laws. Business and Sales Tax License applications may be obtained at:

Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your license to be approved. If you have questions regarding your business license, please call the Sales Tax Division at 303.805.3228 or email us.

In some instances you may also be required to obtain a liquor license, massage parlor license or a peddlers/solicitor's license. These licenses can be obtained through the Town Clerk's Office.

The Community Development Department and the Building Division require verifications of zoning and occupancy use with permit requirements.

Home daycare businesses will require additional permits.

Temporary use/vendor stand permits and sign permits must be approved by the Community Development Department.

Businesses operating in the Town limits are required to submit a Parker Police and Fire Department Information Sheet. This information is very important in an emergency situation. Please return it along with your business and tax license application.

If your business is located within a residential property in Town limits, be aware that there are special regulations and requirements for home-based businesses. Please take the time to review the Home Occupation Information that outlines many of these regulations.
