Any promoter of a community event that is held in the Town is required to license and remit taxes on the behalf of all individual vendors that attend the event.

An event is considered a community event when three or more vendors are organized to sell items for up to seven consecutive days. Vendors who hold events on consecutive weekends do not fall under these provisions of a community event.

• Vendor List - Promoter is required to provide this list to the Sales Tax Division two days before the start of an event.
• Individual Vendor Information Letter - to be handed out by the promoter to all individual vendors
• Individual Vendor Sales Tax Worksheet - to be handed out by the promoter to all individual vendors

Please note: All individual vendors must be licensed with the State of Colorado.
