VIN Verification
Overview
Prior to getting State of Colorado license plates for your vehicle, you must have the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) verified. VIN verifications are necessary if you have:
  • Moved to Colorado from another state
  • Purchased a vehicle from another state
  • Purchased a vehicle without a title
  • Other similar circumstances

This service is provided Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  You must bring the vehicle you wish to verify and registration or title. For additional information, please call 303.841.9800.

Fees
The Parker Police Department will verify the VIN on a vehicle for a fee of $5. Exact change is required when paying by cash or check. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
