Ditch your car and grab your bike for Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 22! The Town of Parker and Kaiser Permanente invite you to join the Way to Go team, a program of Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), and 25,000 commuters to participate in this great event that promotes awareness of the benefits of biking!
Fuel up at the Town of Parker Breakfast Station located at the Cherry Creek Trail under the E-470 overpass from 6 to 9 a.m. Kaiser Permanente, Rocky Vista University (RVU) and the Bagel Stop Café are once again partnering with the Town and will be giving away T-shirts to the first 200 riders to stop by the breakfast station. Come early as these customized Town of Parker Bike to Work Day tees are very popular!
There will be bagels and coffee, courtesy of the Bagel Stop Café, grab and go nutrition bars and fresh bananas compliments of Natural Grocers, as well as water onsite to refill your water bottles. Elevation Cycles bike technicians will also be on hand on event day to assist cyclists with any minor repair needs.
Riders are also encouraged to visit www.BiketoWorkDay.Co for more information on the greater Denver Regional Bike to Work Day festivities and to sign up on the regional website to not only be counted, but all registrants will be entered in a drawing for fantastic prizes!
