- Multiple-Vendor Event Information
Any promoter of a multiple-vendor event that is held in the Town is required to license and remit taxes on the behalf of all individual vendors that attend the event. Please see the Promoter Packet (PDF) for additional information on business licensing and tax requirements.
The promoter of a multiple-vendor event may also be responsible for obtaining a Community Event Permit. If you have questions regarding a Community Event Permit, please email or call the Customer Service Team at 303.841.0353.
Any promoter of a multiple-vendor event that is held in the Town is required to license and remit taxes on the behalf of all individual vendors that attend the event.
Please note that all individual vendors must be licensed with the State of Colorado.
For sales tax collection purposes, a multiple-vendor event is defined as any sales event, taking place during a single event for a limited period of time not to exceed seven (7) consecutive days, which includes three (3) or more vendors. A multiple-vendor event may or may not require a Community Event Permit per the Town of Parker Municipal Code Chapter 10.08.
