The Town of Parker wants to be a good partner for its homeowners association board members and property managers. This spring, the Town introduced new initiatives to make sure our HOAs are supported and able to find the resources they need.
HOA Resources Webpage
The Town's website features a new HOA Resources page that includes a variety of information, including a list of frequently asked questions about topics like building permits, police services, right-of-way use, block parties and other subjects of interest to HOA board members and community managers. For more information, visit ParkerOnline.org/HOAResources.
HOA Summit Series
This spring saw the reintroduction of the Town's HOA Summits, a biannual series of meetings featuring HOA board members and community managers, as well as Town elected officials and staff.
The first event of 2023, held April 11 at the PACE Center, covered topics such as block parties, municipal code enforcement and landscaping regulations. The event featured a question-and-answer period to allow a two-way conversation about issues facing our community's neighborhoods. A second 2023 HOA Summit is planned for this fall/winter.
If you are an HOA representative and want to learn more about how your association can get involved in these community conversations, please visit ParkerOnline.org/HOAResources or contact Community Relations Liaison Cheri Sullivan at 303.805.3265 or csullivan@parkeronline.org.
