Tri-County Health, the Town of Parker and Parker Water and Sanitation District will hold a Household Chemical Roundup on Saturday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Parker Joint Services Center, 17801 E. Plaza Drive.
This event is open to all Douglas County residents. Participants are asked to bring proof of residency, such as a driver’s license, and $25 per vehicle to offset the cost of hazardous waste disposal.
To decrease wait time at the event, residents are encouraged to register in advance at www.TCHD.org/HCRoundup. As a reminder, dumping of any waste into the storm drainage systems is considered an illicit discharge and a Municipal Code violation. Please do your part by disposing of waste properly and protecting the environment.
