Town of Parker Coronavirus Updates

Posted on: March 17, 2020

[ARCHIVED] March 17: Municipal Court CLOSED Through May

The Town of Parker is taking measures to ensure the health and well-being of its employees and Court attendees. To that end, the Parker Municipal Court will not be in session through the months of March, April and May. All parties scheduled during these months will receive a letter from the Court with their rescheduled Court date.  Please note that you must appear for your rescheduled date and time unless your case has been resolved in a different manner as described below.

Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and fairness. The Court will remain in communication with the community. Please continue to check back on the Town’s webpage for updated information regarding the status of the Court’s closure and handling of cases.

Even though the Court sessions have been rescheduled, there will be Court staff available to take your phone calls for questions, or to reschedule your case. You may call the Court Clerk at 303.805.3195 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or you may e-mail the Court Clerk at

Some traffic cases may be handled by mail or online, while others will be rescheduled to a later date.  If you do not receive a plea information in the mail, you must attend your rescheduled Court date.

If you have a motion, filing, Court request, proof of completion of a class or community service hours, you may fax it to the Court at (303) 805-3126, mail it to Parker Municipal Court, 20120 E. Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138, or email it to: Electronic submissions are preferred.

If you have been ordered to complete community service or a class, the deadline for you to provide proof of completion of the community service or class has been extended to 90 days from the original deadline. For example, if your community service or class was due no later than April 15, 2020, the proof is now due no later than July 15, 2020.

Payments can be made online through or through the mail. Online payments are preferred.

If you are on supervision, your appointments will be held via phone. Please call 303.805.3171 at your scheduled time. If you are in the Teen Court process, the Teen Court Coordinator will contact you. If you have questions, please contact Carolyn Sheridan at 303.805.3171.
