The Town of Parker is taking measures to ensure the health and well-being of its employees and Court attendees. To that end, the Parker Municipal Court will not be in session through the months of March, April and May. All parties scheduled during these months will receive a letter from the Court with their rescheduled Court date. Please note that you must appear for your rescheduled date and time unless your case has been resolved in a different manner as described below.
Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and fairness. The Court will remain in communication with the community. Please continue to check back on the Town’s webpage www.ParkerOnline.org/MunicipalCourt for updated information regarding the status of the Court’s closure and handling of cases.
Even though the Court sessions have been rescheduled, there will be Court staff available to take your phone calls for questions, or to reschedule your case. You may call the Court Clerk at 303.805.3195 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or you may e-mail the Court Clerk at court@parkeronline.org.
TRAFFIC AND PARKING CASES
Some traffic cases may be handled by mail or online, while others will be rescheduled to a later date. If you do not receive a plea information in the mail, you must attend your rescheduled Court date.
