It can be confusing who to call right now when you have a question about COVID-19 or the State safer-at-home order. We wanted to provide some clarification to help everyone get the information they need faster.

The Colorado State Emergency Operations Center has launched 2-1-1 as a statewide hotline that can help answer personal questions about COVID-19. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1. If you want to ask questions about symptoms or what you should do if you think you have COVID-19, please call 2-1-1. Additionally, the hotline can provide information concerning rent and utility assistance, housing assistance, childcare information, and mental health concerns.
Dial 303.220.9200: Tri-County Health Hotline
If you have a question about a specific business, please call the Tri-County Health hotline at 303.220.9200. They can answer questions like, can my business be open, why are individual businesses being allowed to operate under the safer-at-home order, or any employee concerns about whether their place of employment is subject to the safer-at-home-order.
