During the Dec. 12 Town Council Meeting, three Councilmembers were sworn into office following their selection to serve by Parker's voters during the November general election.
Anne Barrington and Joshua Rivero were incumbent Councilmembers who were elected to new four-year terms, while Brandi Wilks was selected to her first term on the Town Council. Municipal Court Judge Kevin Sidel performed the swearing-in ceremony.
Outgoing Councilmember Cheryl Poage was also honored during the meeting for her dedicated service to the Town of Parker. In addition to serving on the Town Council for the past four years, Poage has been an active resident in the Parker community for more than 50 years.
